Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate Android Developer to build, ship, and maintain high-quality mobile apps. As part of our mobile team, you’ll collaborate with product, UX/UI, and backend teams to create scalable, performant Android applications using modern tools and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for building high-quality mobile applications. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Your role will also include optimizing app performance and ensuring code quality.

Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java
Optimize apps for performance, responsiveness, and usability
Work with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Write unit tests and UI tests to ensure app stability
Participate in code reviews, planning, and agile ceremonies

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in Android development. You should have experience with modern tools, libraries, and architecture patterns. A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

2-4 years of experience in Android app development
Solid knowledge of Kotlin (Java is a plus)
Familiarity with Android Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Room, Navigation, etc.)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Espresso, JUnit, etc.)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience Requirements:

Candidates should have proven hands-on experience building Android apps. Prior experience working in collaborative and agile teams is highly valued. Familiarity with app deployment and maintenance processes is a plus.

2–4 years of professional experience in Android app development.
Proven track record of building and publishing Android applications.
Experience with Kotlin and/or Java, Android SDKs, and Jetpack components.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and version control (Git).
